In this land that I love

And I'm not down with violence
But I'm not cool with silence
When push has come to way, way, way past shove

Now, I love my country but I'm righteously pissed
To see America coming to this
We've got angry young men wearing nazi boots
Marching round throwing stupid salutes?

And now there's stars and bars
On the bumpers of the cars
Right in the neighborhood where I dwell
And while I'd like to think these people are basically good
Truth is that they scare me to hell

But I'm not gonna watch my country go up in ashes
Gonna keep using love to bring funk against fascists
